Prednisone side effects? I know they always warn about those, but once I had to take it for a skin condition in a low dose for 10 days and I loved it. I felt like I could zoom around the house, clean it top to bottom, go to work, kick butt there, and then go home and split a cord of wood. Then I could get three hours of sleep, get up in the morning and do it all again. "

If you're on a low dose for a short period of time it's not bad - like you said it can be kind of awesome. But, when you're on like 40mg a day for 3 weeks functioning on 3 hours of sleep a night and maintaining a resting heart rate of over 100 becomes difficult. But, I don't think I'll need it. However, if you start seeing me on here at 2 am you know I've started my meds! LOL.

If not, is it possible the writers are trying to set up a way for Bill and Sookie to reconcile wherein Sookie admits to herself that she's been dishonest to Bill and shouldn't judge him too harshly for lying to her?

Does anyone wonder if Bill and Sookie will have two main blowouts, similar to the books? Might there be a non-edict blowout, based around lies and maybe Lorena and then they get reconciled and are going to get married and then Eric pushes the edict revelation? This would then result in the final and permanent breakup of Bill and Sookie?"

"OMG, a resting heart rate over 100 beats per minute, yeah, that's a no sleep situation. I had 120 bpm for a couple days when I was sick last year and running a high fever and it was a nightmare, laying there, my heart racing. The only thing that would help me is to do a Buddhist chant mentally, in my head, and I'm actually not a Buddhist, but I knew the chant and it helped.

"You're right, I never really noticed that before. It kinda sounded like Malcolm had a cell phone because he said to Bill, "you didn't return my calls, if I had feelings, mine would be hurt", so it seems like he'd be reachable.

Also, in the book, Bill was upset they'd been killed, but in the show, I didn't see that he was anything besides glad to see Sookie and horny and hungry. "

"it shouldn't be that bad... Bill lies A LOT. Actually just about everyone on the show lies.

Eric seems to be the only one that always tells the truth. He's enough of a bad-A that he doesn't really care what happens if he's honest."

"Sookie's lies are hardly on the same level as Bill's. Her's are not fundamental deceptions but infrequent "white" lies any of us are capable of telling. Bill knows exactly who she is, the kind of person she really is, and why she's in a relationship with him. Bill has deceived her to such an extent the whole foundation of their relationship is a lie on his part, and she has no idea of the kind of person he really is."

"i totaly suspect that Eric might have figured out something in the books , but i think QSA sold Bill out in DD.. The Queen sent two different males to block Eric from Sookie (Bill & Quinn). Both Bill & Quinn have tasted Sookie blood ( Bill in DUD & other books & Quinn in DAAD).. they Both became enthralled with her ( & that may be the trigger that QSA was looking for)"
