Official Synopsis“Beyond Here Lies Nothin’” Bon Temps reaches a fever pitch as Maryann prepares for her ultimate bestial sacrifice, conscripting Sookie to be Maid of Honor at the bloody nuptials. Meanwhile, Sophie-Anne warns Eric to keep the lid on Bill’s inquisitiveness; Jason leads Andy into the heroic abyss; and Hoyt struggles with Maxine’s endless stream of insults. Deliberating on what may be his final move to save Sookie and the town, Sam places his trust, and his life, in a most unlikely ally. http://true-blood.net/spoilers/season-2/episode-212/ 11 out of 12 found this valuable. "1. Bon Temps reaches a fever pitch as Maryann prepares for her ultimate bestial sacrifice, conscripting Sookie to be Maid of Honor at the bloody nuptials.1. I guess we find out what MA has planned for Tara, Eggs and Sam (yikes!). 2. I assume Bill doesn't know Sophie-Anne's full plans with regards to Sookie (surprise, surprise). But, how much does Eric know? And is Bill trying to do his own plan, especially after Sookie's little light show with MA? 3. Who is Jason going to 'smite' now? 4. Oh good, Jessica didn't kill Maxine (yet) 5. From previews we know Sam goes to Eric. And, since Sophie-Anne wants Eric to keep Bill in check, he must also see Sophie-Anne. Wonder what Sophie-Anne tells Eric and/or Bill to do about MA, and who gets back to Bon Temps first to implement it? Or will they have to work together (Yay!! More bickering between them!!). Can't wait! 9 out of 10 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jessica is absent in this preview but Hoyt and his mom are in it. Hmmm...interesting!...so MA is going to marry the "god" she brings into the world? um...can't quite picture it yet or maybe it's not meant to be such a literal translation.

Eric and Bill have to come together to "Shield" Sookie because she is about to be driven into madness from the sudden onslaught of maniacal thoughts of everyone in town, barging into her mind . . .With all that has been going on with Tara and Eggs, I wonder if we will wind up seeing "sookie" with the voodoo-saucer-eyes, before it's all said and done. So far she's been able to keep Maryann from being able to influence her . . .but what happens when the "entire town's" insanity is invading her brain?!?!? . . . .Is It Sunday, yet?!? . . I so hate the whole MA storyline! Her character was a small breath in the book. a vehicle to get Sookie to Fangtasia where there was more interaction between the vampires. She didn't cause the madness, but was drawn to self indulgence, perverse sexual behavior, drunkeness. She was the goddess of those qualities and wanted tribute from "her" patrons. I will be so glad when she is done because I can't stand her character. I want vampire, werewolf stuff, not some inconsequential refugee from mythology.

IMO, MA's character does not make sense to the story on the show. It was perfect in the book, but bringing her character to the series was pointless and out of place. She is this being that is made up of different mythologies. The series is already way different from the show as it is listed as "based on" CH's books. Pretty much the whole focus of this season is watching possessed naked folks running around doing naughty things which takes awaqy from the storyline that most people want to follow, Sookie, Eric and Bill.

"<<<SPOILER<<<SPOILER SPECULATION Would Sookie be influenced by MA though? I thought Daphne said she can't get inside Supernaturals' minds, or something to that effect. I could be remember Sam and Daphne's conversation incorrectly though. 8 out of 8 found this valuable. Do you? |

"SPOILER SPECULATION*VERY VERY Book SPOILY* Accurate observation Selle! No MA absolutely cannot get inside Sookie's mind...however...the humans can (that MA has control over and has worked into a crazy frenzy). The very fact that Sookie can hear all the intense thoughts running through their minds would deffers put her over the edge if she didn't have people trying to shield her - in the book. *END SPOILER* 6 out of 7 found this valuable. "I.'m gonna be in Vegas on Sunday and No HBO at my hotel!!! :(No HBO at the hotel?! WTF!! What kind of rinky-dink operation are they running? LOL Change hotels, maybe? That is what I would do!! Or just maybe... check into a hotel that has HBO, just for the evening, then leave after you see the episode, and go back to the hotel where you've already registered...? I hope that helps, and I hope you get to see it! Peace, love and True Blood to you! possible ways to do this: 1 Go online now and find a hotel that offers HBO, and reserve a room just for that Sunday night. 2 As you drive through Vegas, look at the signs for the really cheap hotels...they often have signs that say Free cable / Free HBO to entice future guests to stay there...Go there Sunday morning and check in, hang the "do not disturb" sign on the door and return to your original hotel, then go back to the "HBO hotel" for Sunday evening! Sounds like alot of extra effort, but I'd say True Blood is worth it, wouldn't you? When you want something, you can get really creative about getting it! I would totally do this if I was in your place! Again, I hope I helped! 5 out of 7 found this valuable. Do you? |
