Sookie was acting fast when she kissed Sam, will Bill have problems with his aggressivness? I did not like her doing that after she saw he was taken y the head vamp in the area! Slow down girl Do you find this valuable?

Ok, so I watched it & it was good. A few of the questions centered on the Bill/Sookie/Eric love triangle & it doesn't seem like this season is going to offer much in the way of the triangle, kinda bums me out a bit b/c that scenario in the books is so compelling. I love Bill & Sookie, but I love Eric & Sookie too, and I love the triangle so.... I hope that the show eventually does get into the Eric/Sookie thing. Keeping in mind that that relationship even took a little bit to develope in the books, so. At this point I just hope that Eric's character will be more substantial & constant this season no matter what the story line is. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Pleased to see some of my friends' questtions selected to represent ALL our questions!!!! Yay!!!

Loved AB's replies... YES, it would be great to have each individual cast member answering questions the same way!!!

I think he finally put to rest the notion that he is somehow going to follow the books literally... SO glad he isn't... his vision is sooooooo much deeper!

For Stephen Moyer. I'm a huge fan of the show and love how you portray Bill Compton. But there's one thing about Season 1 that's been driving me crazy. Would love your insight. When Gran died, Bill dreamed that Sookie was being choked, and it appeared, with much grief and frustration, that Bill could not physically come out of his coffin to help her. Now skip to the last episode when Sookie was being chased by Rene in the cemetary, Bill sensed her fear and seemed to will himself to get out of his coffin to help her, (however fearful he was of the sunlight). Was wondering what your thoughts were on the different reactions of Bill in these two scenarios and if you discussed this at all with the writers/directors while shooting the scene. ...Unless I've misinterpreted these two scenes...Would greatly appreciate your thoughts on this. Thanks so much. Keep up the great work! Can't wait for Season 2!! Do you find this valuable?

I think that Bill didn't fully appreciate (read LOVE) Sookie enough to sacrifice himself at that point. But by the end of the Season, I think he had started to have somewhat more humane/romantic feelings for her. Other vamps seem to perceive humans as pets or animals on a hobby farm...

Do you read any of the posts in the Tell us what you think after the episode? If so....have you noticed the negativity, about the "FOT'"s plot" ? It seems to be really dragging...as well as the whole Maryanne scenerio are they going to be getting to the point any time soon? Dont get me wrong Mr. Ball...I'm a huge fan of the show!! Thankyou! First, Thank you for giving us such a wonderful show based on the Sookie Stakhouse books. I truly enjoy being suprised by the way you see a storyline going different than the books. I love them both. I would love to know if Pam will ever get more of a story lone? She has such powerful presence onscreen. Her dry sense of humor is wonderful.
Thank you.

the scene where Bill sees Sookie being choked is a dream -- the fear was not of the sunlight but of the fact he was locked in the coffin unable to get out of it -- not that he wouldn't get out of it. In the last episode, it's real life and Bil was not locked in the coffin like he was in his nightmare so he was able to attempt to rescue Sookie.

i too would like to see more of the depth in the eric/sookie relationship that is in the books. to me, eric/sookie are the main focus of the books. i'm interested in seeing how alan ball & the writers pull off this story line
