Which means, Sookie has been attacked, taken to Fangtasia and Bill, Chow and Eric have to suck the poison (and most of her blood out) to heal her. The little person supernatural doctor has come and given her a blood transfusion. The reason she was given the t-shirt was her back was scratched by the maenad (to send Eric a message and inserting said poison) and they had to cut her original clothing off of her to see the damage. In "light" of this comment, I think Sookie is having a dream sequence about her and Bill just getting up from a hot night of sex!
