OK, I want to think positive. Tara is looking distraught, Sam is surprised, but Sookie doesn't look that affected. So, my point is that maybe is not Lafayette. PLEASE!!!!! Lafayette was a good friend of Sookie and her reaction is not the one a good friend has when seeing a dead friend.

So, not sure if we should use Sookie's reaction as an indicator of who the person is in the car. Maybe it is him, maybe not. Do you find this valuable? |

I agree. Tara will obviously be more upset because he was her cousin. Does anyone know if they're bringing him back in Season 2? I'd sure miss him if they don't bring him back. Who's going to spice things up at Merlotte's? Never mind...there's never a dull moment at that Merlotte's :-)

I can't remember but was Merlotte's already closed when he went to throw the garbage out and was he the only one there. Wouldn't someone have noticed that everything wasn't the way it was supposed to be? Like nothing closed up and neat or some of his things still around. Weird! Do you find this valuable? |

Lafayette was the strong comic relief so, it will be hard to fill that spot. Do you find this valuable? |

I agree that the foot is too big. Going through the episodes again I noticed that they made a point of showing Lafayette painting his toenails bright red while he was listening to the TV. The toenails in the car were red! :)

hi everyone,just dropping by before i go to work,usually go on the bill thread,but it's nice to meet you all,yes,according to the book,it is lafayette, and i think that is the way AB will go,although i LOVE lafayette,and would hate to see that,but i believe they will have alot of flashbacks,so maybe we will see alot of Gran, and lafatette,i sure hope so, but AB has changed some areas of the book,so we will find out soon enough,i know everybody hopes it's the voodoo lady,i do to,
