Discussion: Reasons Sookie and Bill should NOT be together...

"I don't really like to blame Sookie for her reaction. The fact is he lied and manipulated her from the moment that they met. There are always excuses that can be made for lying to someone, but that does not make it right and it does not absolve him of the consequences of his lies. She believes that he is not returning every time he leaves is she has experiences to base that fear on. She is not familiar in TB yet with vampire politics and from what Bill has told her it is a legitimate fear.
