RE: OFFICIAL THREAD: 202 Keep This Party Going Jun 6 2009, 10:48 AM EDT This should be a very scary and gross.....were Eric and the other vampires are dealing with Royce 1 of the three rednecks.. subplots feel more compelling this season, including the constant sense of menace surrounding both Eric and Maryann. Without spoiling anything, there is also a scene in the second hour (four were made available) that might be as grotesque as anything ever produced for television. In fact, I'm feeling a little nauseous now just thinking about it, which I realize, for some, will in and of itself provide a strong inducement to watch. Post reply 2 out of 2 found this valuable. OK.. here it is.. How is it that Eric's hair is short in the new episodes.. Alexander Skargard is HOT no matter what his hair length but if his hair is now short it blows that whole you looked like you did when you were turned deal. Like Bill's sideburns, Longshadow native american hiair.etc...I think they should have kept his hair long don't you? I HEAR Ya! and after watching last night episode1 ...what the heck? I love Eric no matter what but the highlights and smock ? Maybe that is AB's humor coming through but it really has me wondering even more....and what is that big wheel turning in the sort of dungeon. Who was that lady with Lafayette and Royce too and that other guy they took up?.. In that last few minutes of the show so much info was released.. anyway.. I guess Eric is just having his hair styled.. All this time I thought the Vamps had to keep the look like they did when they were turned.. I thought hair would be the same as it was when he was turned over 1,000 years ago and look like a Viking, but I could not find any cut in stone details that says you cannot cut your hair so I guess that is what Eric is doing. Go figure he is at a salon with a Vamp dungeon underneath it.. I thought it might have been in the cellar of Fangtasia. Can't wait for next Sunday episode 2.. crazy!! Eric seems like the type that cares about his looks though....What is that thing they are pushing??? I think Eric, Pam and Chau may turn him but I wonder what he has to go through and what information he has to give up to become one. If that happens then Jason is in big trouble. It all leads to alot of complex turn of events for Jason, Sookie, FOTS and AVL Bill and Eric.. whoa what a mess! and then all that weird Maryann stuff . GEESH!! " I'd not be surprised if it was a request from Alex. himself since I remembered hearing him on an interview talking about the fact that it's pretty annoying, not fun to wear, it hitches... And even though Vampires don't age and are looking the same as the day they turned, still they can have a hair cut, obviously it'll grow pretty fast as when they heal for instance but technically they can cut their hair... At times I feel as thought HBO is torturing me, but when TB comes on...I am in heavan. I cant wait to see more of Eric showing us why he is the Sheriff of area 5. I am flipp'n out when I saw that promo showing Lafayette asking to be turned!! Is that hilarious or what, I dont think they will want to turn him. They seem to be picky about who they turn.
