Not usually my thing, but I dig that they play a cool (different) song at the end of every show, so I usually watch them. Anyway, there was a "Jaimie Trueblood" listed as one of the dozens of crew members - a photographer or something. I cracked up. Guess HE'S really into the show, lol, or else trying to capitalize on it - more than likely. A couple more thoughts. I like Eggs (no, just not his unreal body, yum), but there is something very weird going on there. Maryann drives me bonkers. The actress plays evil REAL well, but she makes my skin crawl. Can't wait until her story line is over. Plus I dig Sam and hated seeing him freaked out. Also, I'm positive that Jason will "relapse" - PLEASE. Those FOS folks are creepier than anyone on the show - typical bigots! I don't think it will be with the head honcho's wife, but did anyone notice a VERY pretty girl in the group that Jason glanced at? Thoughts? Ha, the supposedly "Christian" singer is more his type. Having that singer and her group seemed beyond out of place with all the FOS peeps. My husband dug it though, he's FINALLY getting into the show. Whew! Post reply 1 out of 1 found this valuable. I gained an inkling of respect for Bill for standing up and growing some balls against Sookie. I'm gonna watch it again tonight and see if I come away with the same uber-negative reaction. Men who yell and manhandle women rate very low in my book, no matter the reason for their anger. When a human man gets all jacked up on anger, it's frightening to a woman, so a vampire man would be even more scary to a woman. Not good. Just when we think nothing can ever make us think twice about loving Bill, AB has him go ballistic on the woman he loves who has given him her heart. LIke I say, though, gonna watch it again to see if I have the same takeaway. " Selle, I have to disagree with you on this one. Bill WARNED Sookie about young vampires and not only did she ignore it but she went behind his back in the process and could have gotten that whole family killed . Once Jessica tore her father's throat out ,do you think she could have stopped? Eric lost his temper and tore apart Royce ,but had enough control to not jump Lafa afterwards,but thats' because Eric is old and has some self control. Jessica does not. Bill is now in a bad position ,cuz he's having to fix this,he doesn't know what's going on ..if the police are on their way...he's got to fix this FAST . Sookie wasn't moving fast enough,he grabbed her and pushed her out the door cuz he's trying to handle this as quickly as possible. Remember they probably have neighbors ,the door is now kicked in ..did the Dad say anything to anyone when he got the call??? So many potential problems that Bill now has to deal with.... Sookie really screwed up , Bill has a right to be angry. I agree with you about men threatening women and in the books both Bill and Eric do some inappropriate grabbing of Sookie that I take issue with ...but this scene ...well ..Bill is in damage control mode ..Sookie doesn't realize that yet. " I agree with everything you've said hdgcat. I think that Bill needed to be as angry and abrupt with Sookie as he was, otherwise she'd just start talking and apologizing and really, there was no time for any of that to take place. By telling her to shut up (shocking her probably wayhard) and pushing her out he was able to 1) assess the scene and determine what needed to be done 2) avoid Sookie dialogue and exposing her to more danger. I think that Bill needed to take control in that moment and Sookie was quite brave (not in a good way) to go behind his back and do what she did after chastising him for being sneaky about all the things he was sneaky about. It just goes to show that people will make excuses for dishonest behavior if they can justify it. IMHO they both need to learn to trust each other a little more as is normally the case in relationships. Misc. "Trust Issues" can make or break a relationship, human or vampire. As everyone did I loved the "do i have blood in my hair? & Pam is gonna kill me" comments Eric made....I have read all the books and YES I am an ERIC fan big time....Lafe has simply become my favorite TB character......his lines were so damn funny last night.....when he tried to escape and that dingbat pulled a gun on him......when he started coming on to her I hit the floor......"you got me all riled up in my nether region".....woooo thats was classic Lafe....I love Pam's and Eric's relationship.....I don't see them as a couple more as siblings...or BFFs.....CHOW's character i can do without! I like Eggs and Tara.....he kinda brings out a softer side to Tara.....i was also glad to hear that Tara was having a strange feeling that something ain't quite right at Maryanne's.....Also I know Sam is a shapeshifter and all but he looks soo sloppy or something.....he clothes loook like he slept in them....he looks like he hasn't shaved in weeks and his hair is a mess......come on Sam get it together. Jason.....sigh.....what can i say......why does his character has to be so freakin dumb.....in the book he was never this stupid...I hope his story goes some where and soon! Sookie annoys me so much at times......she goes off on Bill for keeping secrets and lying to her and she turns around the very next night......and tell Jessica to never tell Bill.....just like her brother Sookie can be so dumb at time it hurts my head! I was so glad Bill yelled at her because Sookie was being a dumbazz and it could got those people killed. Also, the scene with Bill and Eric at the mall was PRICELESS! When it ended I almost wanted to cry because I didn't want it to be over yet. lol Bill did the absolutly right thing! Sookie can be such an airhead sometimes! I think Bill is going to glamour Jessica's family so they don't remember anything. And then, ofcourse, get Jessica's ass out of there fast. This must lead to the scene we've seen where the 3 of them are in the car and Bill & Sookie are fighting. Then Sook gets out of the car and walks away. Bill refuses to go after her. Jessica tells him "she wants you to go after her and tell her you lovvveee her!" And then Sook gets attacked by some horrible creature. Can't wait for the next ep!! jumps up and down excitedly It was obvious Maryanne put a spell on the people in the bar. It was actually cute seeing Andy trying to dance. HA! I love Eric & Pam together. They seem like an old married couple. I know they have had sex back when he first turned her. But I would love to see them in a hot sex scene together. I mean, I feel chemistry there. IMO LOVE Lafa!! When he was trying to get the steel bone joint out of Royce's severed leg it was so discusting it made me laugh!! I liked Jason better when he was humping everything that moved. lol! I like him as the man-whore that we all know he truely is. I hope he does end up in bed with Sarah Newlin. Yes it seems as so this will be the episode that Sookie gets attack sweetness! LOL ok not hat she is getting attacked but because you know that we are getting ready to go to Dallas. YAYE! Can't wait! Yeah Eric and Pam are great together but IMO they seem more like Brother and Sister than an old Married couple. But they are way cute. Laf nuff said he just rocks! She is just seeing a pale person on an unusual diet. Maybe this little fiasco with Jessica's family will help her realize that's not quite the case. Jason is wonderful eye candy, but the FotS scenes are getting tedious. Was I the only one hoping he would actually stake that fake cow Sarah just so we wouldn't be stuck with her smarmy smile and cream cheese hair anymore? I much prefer the people of Bon Temps, with all the crazy little imperfections, than I do the FotS folks who all look like they came right out of a plastic mold. Maryanne is turning into an interesting character, considering that she wasn't much of anything in the books. I'm starting to like her. Sam is flustered by her, and doesn't know what he can do, and that's why he is looking so ragged. I'm also thinking that's why he is letting Daphne get away with lying about her past waitressing experience. Lafayette is turning into the best character in the whole show by far. There are depths to him we haven't seen yet, and it is making everyone else look a bit more flat in comparison. Chow is just a weenie. I'm glad to see the Pam from the books starting to peek out, with her sarcasm and weird sense of humor. Altho I am wondering what Eric and Pam are going to do with the info that Jason was responsible for Eddie? Eggs and Tara need a sex scene, that would be more steamy than a sauna! " I don't doubt she feels guilty about Jessica being turned, and that is why she did it. Yeah and sure at the time is seemed harmless, but the thing is that she funked up! And yes Bill has the right to be pissed, they were just in bed the night before fighting about how Jessica is a newborn vamp and is dangerous and can be uncontrollable. But she is still hypocritical though, because she just yelled at Bill for lying and keeping things from her, and her she went doing to SAME EXACt thing to him.
