Checks bathrooms, then brings in cappuccino machine to bar] One nice thing about a new place is the dirt and dust need some time to find the corners. Cleaning won't be to big a chore right now, so I can get started on the flowerbeds out back. Wait till TIP and Lafe sees what I'm planting for them!

1. Boring, or if you want to be merciful, then Steady.
2. The Wire was a first-class TV series that ran for about 5 seasons on HBO. It was superb.
3. Don't laugh, but I can relate to Gran. She found pleasure in simple things, in hard work, domesticity, was full of wisdom from experience, and was open-minded enough to accept a vampire into her house and her community.
4. An easy answer, I'd be in Costa Rica where my mother is from, sitting on the beach watching the dolphins go by.
5. Daisy, my BDF. My biggest accomplishment is raising my 3 sons to be good men and husbands.
6. Mother Theresa, the Dalai Lama, Bruce Springsteen (with his guitar), Robin Williams, and Stephen Moyer. This way I have spiritual guidance, moral guidance, music, laughter, and great sex!
