You may be interested to know the CW is doing a television series based on LJ Smith's the vampire diaries they were the first books she ever wrote and it started in the early 90's. Elena isn't blonde in the series and Meridith is nowhere to be seen as of yet. Do you find this valuable?

I haven't read the books but I did also hear that the two vampire brothers aren't twins like they are in the books.

I am sadden that I have not read the books and hopefully that I will be able to find the book to read it because I have always enjoy reading the books before seeing the movie on tv or movie screen. Do you find this valuable?

Hey, speaking of Midnight Son draft from Stephenie Meyer's, what do you think of it? I do hope that she'll have this book to published instead of readingit off from the website.. Or did she publish it? I am also looking forward to see New Moon coming out- after I saw the trailer for both (new moon and trueblood season2) im just happy that they're showing both movies. :) They are good. I couldn't finish most of anne rice's book but Lestat and Queen of the Damned are good. Love Louis from Interview from vampire also.. Fantastic actor..

"I'm new to the Fan Chat and I think all my friends think I'm crazy because I'm so into anything vampire and werewolf as well....that is why I joined the site. If I'm correct the Underworld movie is coming out in 2009 about the Lycan (can't remember if I spelled that right or not) Vampire enemy struggle. I've seen both Underworld movies and I know the third movie explains why they become enemies. I think it's going to be a good one and that should hold you over for a moment."
They already did came out - Underworld- the rise of the lycan! FANTASTIC!!! I just saw it about 2 month ago i think.. it explains a lot between vampires and werewolves' battle and why they can't stand each other so much. I do hope that New Moon about Edward Cullen and Jacob Black would protray their rivals as much as the book did.

you could try Maggie Shayne's Wings in the Night series (its like 15 books but if you dont want to read all of them start with 'Twilight Hunger')- they are mostly love stories between vampires and humans and they show a very emotional side of vampires, and show this... helplessness everyone inlove has felt. its very graphic but that's what makes it great- or Bloodline, also by Maggie Shayne(i havent read that one but people tell me its good)
Blue Bloods by Melissa de la Cruz is also a good series- its about teenagers(in NYC) but they encountare great challenges and there are a lot of romantic conflicts.
