Yes, she is bigoted against vampires but that is only because she really doesn't know one, not intimately. She is the first to cry racist and yet, sleep with a white man and has a crush on another. She just isn't his type, she isn't boring or anything, I just don't see them as a match. I don't think Tara would dig Eric too much either because she is not all that keen on the vamps. Then, she could be a little more compassionate with Sookie and her love/argue relationship with Bill. And, she would have someone to talk to about it. Nothing changes a persons views more than having to deal with it themselves. Though I would feel far too in touch with the Tara character since we both are outspoken African-American females with braids that love the wrong blondes. Post reply 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Frankly, I say go for it 'cause it's clear AB isn't going to allow E/S to happen, and frankly this Sookie is so anemic that I have no idea what Eric would see in her anyway. So yeah, shake it up.
