"She didn't drop Jacob, Jacob dropped her. She tried calling and contacting him, he wouldn't take her calls. Plus she was always honest about her feelings and that she was still deeply in love with Edward. He knew that when he chose to pursue her. I guess I was never a huge fan of Jacob because I found him a bit selfish."Actually, yeah...I recall that now--but Bella WAS still pining for Edward. God, it feels like so long since I read them, must re-read now!! I seem to recall Jacob becoming one of the "pack" after the Cullens returned, so maybe it was the 2 things happening at the same time (?)... Help me remember... And yes, I agree , I found Jacob a bit pushy, too. Do you find this valuable? |

"So I finally got to watch Ep. 9 of True Blood last night and in the first 3 minutes me and my husband were like HOLY SHIT!!! That Longshadow crap was f***ed up! I must admit though I got teary eyed when Bill left Sookie... Will he be gone for the remainder of the season? No never mind I don't want to know. I was laughing my ass of though when Sookie woke up to find Sam asleep on her feet but ass naked... It was hillarious! Thanks for not spoiling it for me ya'll!!!"Was that not one of the goriest vampire deaths you've ever seen? I thought it had the proper amount of blood from the scene in the book...Sookie was supposed to be covered in it...I laughed so loudly, too, when Sookie woke up to find Sam there!! --I'd been waiting for that scene for a long time, just knowing it would be a blast! and you are welcome--I don't want to spoil the surprises for anyone. I just wasn't sure it would be in Episode 9 or maybe pushed to Episode 10... Do you find this valuable? |

I have read both series, can't wait for the movie too. I am wonder how they will work this with bill killing longshadow instead of Eric. wonder why Ball changed thatpart. Have you read Kim Harrison? I think book one is Dead witch walking. Do you find this valuable? |

"I have read both series, can't wait for the movie too. I am wonder how they will work this with bill killing longshadow instead of Eric. wonder why Ball changed thatI have read the first 2 Kim Harrisons, and have collected the rest (so far) to read as I can...I also like Jim Butcher's Harry Dresden books--very fast reads!! I go back & forth between series alot--I also have been reading Charlaine Harris' mysteries (Aurora Teagarden series) and they are fun, like the Sookie novels, just without the supernatural aspects... I think Alan Ball changed that, because he wanted to add more drama for Bill and Sookie-- he may have decided the abstract romantic nature of their relationship was hard to translate to the show. "I KNOW!!! TOTAL HOTTIE!!!"Did you also know that one of his songs that he wrote is on the twilight soundtract and he sings it as well (SWOON). It's called never think and it is written that the song plays during the hospital scene. Most of the trailers for the movie can be seen on twilightthemovie.com. I need to go by there daily to get my fix till the movie comes out. As to the age question about the actors. Robert(Edward) is 22, Kristen(Bella)is 18. I've heard that she has been datting the same guy since she was 16 but that's all that I've heard. Do you find this valuable? |

I am in the process of reading New Moon and I am feeling the same way! My friends think I'm a freak but there is just to much emotion in this book that you can really feel!

So far I've just read the first two Twilight books and so far, (and I hope to not offend anyone here), just my opinion lol, But I find Bella somewhat selfish and dare I say...Bratty? I just really don't like her attitude and determination to become a vampire. As I read I just found myself more and more annoyed with her obsession with it. She just seemed so pushy about it, and that kinda turned me off to her especially with Edward being so sweet and level headed(level headed about most things anyway lol)Anyone else get that vibe at all? I agree with you! I've read all four and even the little of Midnight Sun. I can't wait for the movie. I'm an addict of Twilight also. I found out about it by reading Twilight. So amazing! The series is great. Twilight is my favorite one but Breaking Dawn comes second. :D

I have read all 4 books in that seris. LOVED IT!! I liked how the author made her own rules, although the not sleeping at all kind of weirded me out. good story all and all. I was suffering with Bella in book 2. But a wonderful story. There wasn't sex and sex and more sex, just two people trying to stay together through the hard times.

I've read all the Southern Vampire Series books. I loved them. The show veries here and there but hey, they have to make it sell. The Twlight books were great as well. The way Bella took to immotality is mostly due to the fact that she has had to be the grown up in both her mother's life and her fathers. She's got the new instincts and thrist, yes, but because of her personality, she can control them better than Jasper or the rest of the Cullens thought possible for one so new.
