Ok need clarification here... How does one break teh spell of being avamp? Iknow that in Interview with the Vampire, Lastat said the only way to break your spell of being a vampire is to de head your maker? Is this correct?

"Ok need clarification here... How does one break teh spell of being avamp? Iknow that in Interview with the Vampire, Lastat said the only way to break your spell of being a vampire is to de head your maker? Is this correct?"It varies from author to author. In most cases, however, the only relief is death. There's no going back. The TV show Moonlight had a storyline where somehow they could be human temporarily, but when they died they'd be a vampire again. Do you find this valuable? |

"I've only ever seen the death of the master releasing the children in VERY modern stories, like Lost Boys."Actually, it goes back a bit further, but it originates differently. It began with "freeing" the fledgling from their "Master/Maker" by killing or "vanquishing" said maker from them. Then the individual would be restored because they would no longer be continuously preyed or "fed upon." This even has a basis that goes further back, but it has been warped and merged into a simple hazy plot line... If you do not get it, I can explain further. Do you find this valuable? |
