Music by "vampire" band
"What a strange song? I don't get the comments on you tube. btw where did you saw that AS listed it in his favorites band? thanks for sharing" He actually listed Vampire Weekend as the best concert he had attended this year,. See truebloodindallas post immediately above yours for location of interview. They are a bit retro, but interesting. My daughter thought their sound was like early beatles (not sure i 100% agree with that)

Undecided - Chapter I
Thanks Jesiryu and truebloodindallas. I will totally check out the blogtalk in Jan.
I am excited you are going to talk about LLI since I have been following that one too, but like I said, I can't wait for the next chapter of Undecided. By far my fave. Do you know when you may have chapter 14 up? Um. I hate cliff hangers! :) (jeeze, now I have to wait for DAG until May, and now I am waiting on this too, oh the torture!)

Trueblood themed dinner party this Sunday - Help with recipes!
I was thinking Red Velvet cake, and truebloodindallas already posted it. Not hard to make. I use white cake mix, with red food dye. White frosting makes the red stand out a lot. Good luck on your party!!

Season 2/Book 2 SPOILERS/SPECULATIONS
"hahahhah it is book 4 the only one that is not out on audio book - i do have the exerpt here
http://www.scribd.com/doc/8507016/Book-4-Eric-and-the-Shower
its too much for the blog- but enjoy
" Thanks truebloodindallas. I just went to the site where the exerpt is. Dang!!! That is so hot!!! So you know how the "L" word is not used, do you think the vampires are capable of loving? I believe that Bill and Eric both love Sookie. What do you think? Is it because she has some fairie blood in her? Why is everyone else so attracted to her? I finished book 5 and I think Sam, Bill, Eric, Alcide, Calvin, Quinn all kiss her in this book. Do they just all want something from her? I think Sam is the only one who doesn't want something from her. What is your thoughts people?

SPECULATION AND THEORIES ABOUT SEASON TWO. SPOILERS WELCOME!
Lafayette was killed off in the books during an orgy, type party. He said he would "out" some very important people because of their tendacies and he was killed for it. In the book Sookie gets Eric to go with her because Bill is off on an errand. There were quite a few different people at the party. I would love to see Lafayette stay on the show as well his character was really cool. I have to agree with Truebloodindallas. In the reply quotes. I too have finally resigned to the fact the show is not going to be like the books and just enjoy it for what it is. I do have to say though I hate how they are making Jason so main streamed. They aren't doing enough with Eric and his storyline and making one up of Jason that never even came close in the book. I don't know if it is because he is "eye candy" and AB thinks people won't watch because he isn't so much in the main stream, I don't know. I just wish they would do more with Erics and Sookies characters being more intwined. The show is interesting though to say the least.. I will definately keep watching.

Dancers in the Dark - Charlaine Harris Sookieverse novella
"Sorry. Mr. OCD is back to chime in on chronology.
From Chapter 2 of DitD: “He’d been cautious all the years he’d been a vampire, and that had kept him alive for more than 275 years.” I take that to mean he’s been a vampire for more than 275 years, suggesting that he was born however many years before that. The use of the phrase “more than” means that 1728 is the latest date he could have become a vampire, though it was likely earlier than that – not much more though, or you would think the line would have been “…more than 280 years” or whatever.
We are definitely not going to pin down how old he was when he was turned because Sean states that he is not certain. Strothers retired when Sean was about eighteen, and Sean took his place. “We went on, master and man, for many years…maybe twelve or fifteen. I lost track, you see, of how old I was.” So let’s say Sean served as valet for 15 years, having started when he was 18. That would make him 33 when he became a vampire. If we take 275 as hard and fast, then he was born in about 1695. I would give that a margin of error of about five years either way, and I’m ore inclined towards 1690 than 1700. " TrueBloodinDallas "Dallas" will love this post--she also is obsessed with timelines. I will let her weigh in on this one. Thanks for the post and welcome to the discussion, RFlatstone!

If you could ask Charlaine one question about the books...
"Haahah
No she hasn’t been with either of them again through 8 but she is with Quinn and Preston (read short stories!!) Bill has been apologizing for 5 books now and does a really really good job of it in bk 8 but it doesn’t seem to change her mind Here are some bill and Sookie moment from 8 http://lovingtruebloodindallas.blogspot.com/search/label/Book%208
I wrote about it “Adventures in Sookie sex “ here http://lovingtruebloodindallas.blogspot.com/search/label/Sex the bk#4 shower scene was too much for the blog-ha
No to sam they are never together – you have touched on a secret little area for me as far as bill is concerned with the hospital – I have a couple of places I think where bill shows some true colors –that were not for show , not coerced, not sexual, not because he HAD TO
Did I cover most of the questions , Kelley ??? " THANK YOU TRUEBLOODINDALLAS!!! I lOVE YOU!!!! Just thought you should know ha ha. You answered all my questions and I am going to read the different sites you posted. Thanks again.
