Perhaps it will be such that turning the female should be like punishment to Bill. Is it possible he'll be told to turn his "pet human", Sookie, but because the Magister doesn't know Sookie's name or what she looks like that Eric suggests they get a lookalike and turn her in Sookie's place? Certainly Eric wouldn't want Sookie turned. And is it possible that Eric helps Bill only because as Bill's liege lord, he has to fulfill Bill's sentence if Bill doesn't fulfill it himself??
OTHER POSSIBLE SPOILER THEORY
Is it possible that Jessica has been handpicked by the Magister because he knows she's a supernatural being and can't be turned into a vampire? And either she turns into something else or she just gets really pissed off, discovers her true inner nature, and becomes Bill and Eric's worst possible enemy? It looks like she comes up out of that grave without fangs.
I love True Blood. The plot possibilities are endless..........

Serious Eric VS Bill Discussion for Book Readers *Spoiler Alert*
"Okay. I have been on the Team Bill Vs Team Eric thread and all the other "We love Eric or We love Bill" threads. I know there are a few already out there so forgive me for starting a new one. But something has been missing from each one. I was hoping to start a discussion with the serious book readers out there who have read all or most of the books and short stories. I think, in order to really make up your mind about these two handsome vamps, you gotta know the back story. I think there are some of us who still want to debate and rehash our points of views about these two, without explaining why we might end up repeating our selves to make a point. So here goes:
After reading the books, who do you think is right for Sookie, Bill or Eric? Why did you come to that conclusion?
Do you think Bill Betrayed Sookie? If so, do you think she should or can get past it?
Who has manipulated Sookie the most Eric or Bill?
Who had the hottest love scenes with Sookie? Bill or Eric?
Also, which book your favorite and why? Your least favorite and why? Ditto for short stories please. How do you hope Charlaine handles the Bill/Sookie Eric/Sookie relationships in books 9 & 10?
" Forgot to comment on Eric possibly faking amnesia. I really don't think he faked it. He would have had to take a lot into consideration: Sookie being the one to find him on the road, her willingness to take him in and keep her at his house. And then why bother with the whole Witch War? His amnesia just rings true to me. Eric is not beyond manipulation as we know, but that would be too big even for him to pull off.
