Just one chapter this time, but the story is moving right along. Chapter 10 will be posted sometime this weekend.
I just want to say thanks for all the great feedback I've been getting, you've all been incredibly encouraging and it really makes my day that other people enjoy reading my story. But, on the topic of feedback, I ran into a small fact-problem regarding the mythology of the SVM books (I mention it at the top of this chapter) that I may be fixing later just to salve my conscience. If anyone notices anything else along those lines please don't hesitate to bring it up!

Just read straight through the first nine chapters. IMO, just as good as the books. Looking forward to the next installment.
