Since True Blood is still new and still in the process of gaining a large fan base, I realized there aren't that many licensed tees yet. So I thought it would be interesting to see what ideas everyone had as far as what you might think would be an awesome shirt. (Maybe HBO will take some ideas into consideration? *fingers crossed*)...'Cause if I have to see one more girl wearing a Team Edward tee from Twilight Ill barf....On them! ; P
My ides: 1. I would love to have a 'Team Eric' shirt or even if it said like 'Team Viking' and then on the back we could use the quote that I saw floating around the threads that said something to the effect of 'Eric can pillage my village anytime!' 2. Team Bill as well! you cant have one with out the other! 3. Aids burger quote!!! ... "You still ain't makin' me eat no aids burger!" I'm sure ill think of something else amusing, but what would you guys like to see? Even if its obscure and weird share it and have fun!

I have heard mixed stories as to whether Tru blood is an actual drink or not. Some say it is a myth, but then I read news reports that they sent samples out in the mail, and also that they had Vending Machines full of the stuff at a comic convention, but ran out quickly. I would love to get my hands on the stuff. Anybody know where I can get it?

Does anyone know where I can get torrents of these? All the stuff that's now OnDemand, but was shown around the time the season started? I'm trying to put together the footage for a party I'm having, so people have something to watch while everyone is just showing up, or taking a break from the viewing.
And, yes, I have every intention of buying the season when it comes out - the instant is does, actually. I'm just looking to have the making of and everything else available for the party. Thanks!!

Does anyone know how or where or anything about, vampire fangs..and how to actually get maybe a retainer with implants on them or something...where to do that, like if u have to go to ur dentist or what?....I most definately want them...for art purposes and my own of course...so If anyone knows about how to go about buying them, making them or what not! SHOUT IT OUT, cuz im open for suggestions and i am sure many other ppl are curious to know the "who, what, where, why and how's" (i prolly messed that up, its prolly when and hows isnt it lol...oh well).

Well the truth is if i were living in a world setting such as this i know for a fact that a fangbanger is exactly what i would be.It would not take long for the eventuality of becoming a real vampire were to become true also.The funny part is how many would willingly give up their blood and selves to become a vampire.People would be lined up they would not need synthetic blood to begin with because they would not need it for the overflow of human food available.Many of us enjoy pain. Most of us deny it but those that do embrace it know a truer sense of freedom than many others.To thine own self be true, no?Yet many hide behind a facade that they feel is more socially acceptable. Truly sad...truly. Shackles anyone?

Hi, i'm here to invite anyone who's interested in role-playing Tara in a LJ community where we role-play as southern vampires series characters. Wow, Alan Ball stating that he likes to get out of the way and let a show develop a life of its own, is so damn refreshing! You can really "feel" when a director has too tight of reins. I feel so nostalgic in the fall anyways. Bill Compton, I love that character to pieces! The old fashion values that Stephen Moyer delivers so passionately, so tenderly, feels so good. Vampires embody the 3 existences of life (past, present & future), that makes them intriguing, and it mirrors what's inside us all, and he has qualities that we as individuals and we as a society no longer possess. So beautiful to see it coupled with the romantic, mysterious nature of the south. Anna Paquin is so amazing, brilliant that Sookie can read minds, it adds such an important dimension to the show, and I could listen to that Rene guy's LA accent all day long. "I won't say anything you just keep talking". Love this show so sexy, interesting and fun!

Could we have a page dedicated to "vampire music?" Not just stuff thats good on the show... but songs with lyrics that have to do with vampires or make you think of vampires. Like the Toadies "Possum Kingdom" is generally considered to be about turning someone into a vampire. I would say put a chart with columns for Band, Album, Year, Title, and what part of the lyrics you think are applicable.
