True Blood spoiler: Lafayette will ingest a LOT of Eric's blood
True Blood spoiler: Valeria to play Isabella (Living Dead in Dallas): There's a chance you don't yet recognize the name Valerie Cruz, but if you have a cable box, you've probably seen her face. The unreasonably lovely actress has had pivotal roles in some of cable TV's most groundbreaking series, like 'Nip/Tuck' and 'Dexter.' Cruz appears next in Alan Ball's Showtime drama 'True Blood' as compassionate vampire Isabel. She took a few rare minutes of free time - during a vacation, even - to chat with us about her exciting work.
When are we going to see you on 'True Blood'?
"I don't know if it's this Sunday or the following Sunday." [Editor's note: It's the next new episode.]
That's how you know you've succeeded - when you're not 100% sure when you're appearing on TV. If I'm on the local news, everyone I've ever met knows when to see me.
"I should know! I just wasn't sure how far along they are. I'm really excited. I loved it, I loved working on it. I don't know, sometimes it's just hard to watch yourself. You kind of shy away from knowing exactly when - and then you surprise yourself - oh, there I am!"
How did you prepare for the role of Isabel?
"I read the second novel, which is what the season is based on. It was actually really beneficial to me. They don't really deal with [some of the finer details] directly in the script, so I had to make a lot of those decisions for myself."
I know the show has expanded or drastically altered plot points from the book series. Is Isabel's plot line fairly faithful to the book?
"Yeah, I think it is. Isabel's relationship with [lair-mate] Stan is more antagonistic than it's written in the book. She's a lot more compassionate than most of the other vampires. She wants to find a way to coexist peacefully with humans, rather than having complete disregard for human life. Most of the vampires that you meet - they're more of the vein that humans - they can't really be bothered. Isabel is unique in that sense. It's the first time you meet another vampire like [Stephen Moyer's character] Bill, who has a little more reverence for human life. She's older than Bill. With age, having walked the Earth for 600 years, your sensibilities start to change."
True Blood spoiler: Regarding Episode 4 "Shake and Fingerpop: In the next episode, Sookie (Anna Paquin), Bill (Stephen Moyer) and Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll) encounter trouble when they arrive in Dallas and find out that someone from the Fellowship of the Sun was sent to abduct Sookie. The plan fails. And believe it or not, Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis) invites Eric (Alexander Skarsgård) into his home and feeds off his blood to recover from the wounds suffered when Eric abducted him. Strange bedfellows, indeed.
True Blood spoiler: Eric visits Lafayette for a favor, Sookie promises to have a proper birthday for Tara after she gets back from Dallas and the new waitress knows a lot more about Sam.
Lafayette has an unpleasant surprise from Eric but having barely escaped Fangtasia, he finds himself reluctantly pulled back into Eric's orbit. "True Blood" will be back on July 12, with the fourth episode of season 2, titled "Shake and Fingerpop". The new waitress at Merlotte's which is played by Ashley Jones, will reveal what she knows about Sam.
"Eric makes people beholden to him," Nelsan Ellis who plays Lafayette previously explained his character's complicated relationship with Eric. "He did it to Sookie, and now he does force Lafayette to work for him to repay him for something he's done for him." Ellis added that Lafayette "stays with the vampires basically throughout the season."
Also on "Shake", Bill, Sookie and Jessica head to Dallas to carry out Eric's vampire-reconnaissance mission, but a surprise awaits them at the airport. At the Light of Day Institute, Jason falls victim to a practical joke, but has the last laugh when the Newlins anoint him for a higher calling.
Maryann throws Tara a birthday party at Sookie's, attracting much of Bon Temps to its Bacchanalian revelry. Sam postpones his departure from town to attend the bash, connecting with Daphne in the process.
True Blood spoiler: Regarding Evan Rachal Wood interview: Next, she'll vamp it up—as a vampire in HBO series True Blood. "I actually put in a phone call to [series creator] Alan Ball and said, 'I love the show, I'm obsessed with it, seen every episode; if there's ever a part, keep me in mind.' It looks like I'm going to be in the last two episodes as the Vampire Queen of Louisiana. I've been watching The Lost Boys and my favorite vampire movies. It's a lot harder than I imagined. I'm working pretty hard on the script. But I don't think I'll really be able to find the character until I'm in wardrobe and I'm in fangs."
And of course she'll be in a steamy sex scene. "But it's with a girl," she says. "That's all I'm going to say." Wait!? Evan Rachel Wood playing a lesbian vampire? "I don't think vampires are really gay or straight. I think she just prefers women."

True Blood spoiler: Will Eric and Lafayette Be the Best True Blood Pairing Ever? True Blood is finally back for season two, Lafayette is alive (hallelujah!), and if you already pressed play to see the video above, right about now you are hearing Alexander Skarsgard say something about Eric's sexual tension with Nelsan Ellis' Lafayette! Lordy, Lordy! And now that you know the news that Lafayette is alive on True Blood(albeit chained up in Eric's basement), we have some even more delightful tidings for you...
We can't say too much, but as it turns out, Eric and Lafayette's chemistry together is electric. Eric has the upper hand for the time being (he's still pissed about that vampire who went missing last season), but before too long the two settle into an amiable rivalry that opens the door for much wit and some crackling conversations.
True Blood spoiler: In just a few short appearances during season one, Alexander Skarsgard proved why he makes such a convincing vampire.
The 6' 4" star possess all of the mysterious magnetism that makes Bon Temps' creatures of the night so dang alluring.
With season two devoting quite a lot of time towards discovering who Eric is -- besides owner of the show's best bar, Fangtasia (sorry Sam) -- fans are going to learn that there's more to this "man" than meets the eye. In fact, according to Alexander, we'll see the softer side of Eric.
Now that last night's premiere has finally revealed Lafayette's fate (yay!), I was able to chat with Alexander about his role in the abduction, what is in store for Eric this year and how Alexander plans to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with fans in rioting should HBO not renew "True Blood" for a third season!
PopWrap: The reveal of Eric last night with tinfoil in his hair was amazing. How did that come about? Alexander Skarsgård: We had a lot of fun with that scene. I worked on that with the costume designer, wanting to find something weird or disturbing and flip flops was probably the weirdest outfit we could come up with for a badass vampire to wear while killing a guy.
PW: Was it hard looking scary in that outfit? Alexander: That's what I loved about the scene; I could have come down in a long black leather cape, looking tough. But I came down with foil wrapped tips. Look, Eric's beauty session with Pam was interrupted. What can I say?
PW: And after a whole summer of wondering Lafayette was dead, you actually had him chained up in the basement! Alexander: Nelsan [Ellis] who plays Lafayette is so amazing. He's created such an incredible character. I mean, you can not kill that guy! He's too good. We need him on the show!
PW: Going into season two, it's clear that Eric is going to have a much bigger role. Did you know that coming in? Alexander: Well, before I started filming season one, I read the first five books, so I had a vague idea that season one would just be an introducing to Eric and he'd develop more in further seasons. I love that we're starting to show other sides of Eric besides being the badass vampire. There's so much more to him and he's got a lot at stake, personally, in season two.
PW: Although Eric wasn't in season one that much, he came away being a fan favorite. Why do you think people responded to him so strongly? Alexander: That's a good question because I was quite overwhelmed with the response last year. I know that Eric has a lot of fans from the books, but I was a glorified extra in season one, so I was very surprised that I got so much attention. But even though he's not always there, when he does come in, there is a mystery about him. I don't know, something resonated about Eric and I'm still not sure what it is.
PW: Eric and Sookie's relationship becomes a focus in season two, what does he think of her? Alexander: Eric is intrigued by Sookie. When you've been around for 1,000 years, you become jaded, you're not easily impressed. Especially by a human! Then Sookie comes along and surprises him. So when that happens, you're obviously going to try and figure out what makes them tick. PW: How does Eric and Sookie's relationship grow? Alexander: A bunch of us go to Dallas because a friend of mine has gone missing, which is why season two is so personal for Eric. We'll actually see another side of him -- see that Eric is loyal and caring and sensitive. I mean, he's still the same old Eric, don't get me wrong, there's just more to him than being an evil vampire. PW: Sounds like Dallas is a bit of bedlam? Alexander: Yeah, there's a lot of mayhem in Dallas, but at the same time in Bon Temps, the s*** really hits the fan. So it's chaos on both fronts. It's an action packed season. PW: The writing this year really is impressive as well. Alexander: That's the thing, reading the scripts, every one reads like the season finale. It just keeps getting crazier and crazier.
PW: Have you read the season finale? Alexander: I have.
PW: Does it end with another cliffhanger to keep fans talking until season three ... should there be one? Alexander: The season two finale will not be a conclusion of "True Blood." Of course we're all hoping to continue this journey, keep telling these stories. But there are no guarantees in life, so I'm not taking anything for granted.
PW: If there is no season three, fans will riot! Alexander: Oh trust me, I'll be part of that riot too!

Valerie Cruz, 'True Blood's' First Latina Vampire Speaks
By Marilyn Beck and Stacy Jenel Smith Jul 5, 2009
Valerie Cruz, who comes aboard "True Blood" this season as the show's first Latina vampire, Isabel, recounts that she was surprised to find series creator Alan Ball on hand when she first went in for a casting meeting.

"Funny, I wasn't even expecting him to be in the room. A lot of producers nowadays, it's like they can't even be bothered to be in the room anymore. They want it on tape," says the actress, known as Sylvia Prado -- Jimmy Smits' wife -- to "Dexter" fans. "There are a lot of things you can't get from an audition tape -- the energy when someone walks in, their interaction. Alan is such a class act. He's there at every table read. The writers I've spoken to say he's incredibly gracious -- he trusts the people that he hires to really do a great job. The cool thing about it is, once you're cast, once the whole thing is put together, he takes a step back and lets people do creatively what they want to do."
***
One thing she did, as Isabel, "I definitely asked for the wardrobe. Everyone was pretty gracious about that. She's 600 years old and definitely from the time of the Spanish Inquisition in my mind. It's pretty clear where she comes from. She still speaks with a Spanish accent."
Adds Cruz, "I've always loved vampires, so I was really excited about doing the show. Well, you'd be hard-pressed to find an actor who doesn't get excited about the prospect of playing a character with this mindset that you live forever. The world just weighs on you differently, you know? That's part of what makes vampires so interesting to play. In a sense they lack humanity, but in another sense there is a great humanness about them."
***
Cruz says she became an avid fan of "True Blood" in its first season. "My handful of Sunday nights when I could watch TV were 'Mad Men' and 'True Blood,' even though I was working on 'Dexter' at the time. It made me feel a little bit of a traitor."
True Blood spoiler: If you think Tara’s new beau, Eggs (Mechad Brooks), seems too good to be true, you’re right. He’s got a secret. A very, very, very old secret that will soon be revealed. How will Tara react when she learns who Eggs really is? "I'm curious to know if it freaks her out,” says Rutina Wesley (Tara). “With everything else going on in Louisiana, she'll probably be like, 'I like you, whatever...'”
True Blood spoiler: “She is a woman who is all about appetite,” Forbes said in a recent telephone interview from Los Angeles. “She’s not human. She has a definite myopic quest that she is on. And she is going to have one hell of a time achieving that quest. Maryann is definitely a character that’s about perspective in the sense that she sees her goal as beautiful and blissful and of the divine and pure, so she doesn’t consider what she is doing as being bad at all. It’s quite a beautiful thing, and she’s graciously allowing everyone to come with her. I don’t perceive her as a villain.”

True Blood spoiler: While telepathic Sookie Stackhouse is knocking boots and making nice with vampire boyfriend Bill Compton, her brother Jason isn’t quite as warm-hearted towards Bill’s species. He’s currently undergoing leadership training with the Fellowship of the Sun, an anti-vampire movement, though he’s had second thoughts about his role in the organization.
Actor Ryan Kwanten (pictured above with Anna Paquin) revealed to E! that his character wouldn’t be away from Sookie for too long, and once they reunite, their paths will be the same. Said Ryan, “There will be [a reunion between the Stackhouse siblings] and quite an electric one, too, where we gang up for the greater good.” Meanwhile, several new characters are slated to join the “True Blood” roster as Sookie, Bill and Eric head to Dallas. The mysterious Godric (Allan Hyde) will appear in the July 19th episode, accompanied by vampire lieutenants Stan (Ed Quinn) and Isabel (Valerie Cruz). And, at some point we will finally see Vampire queen Sophie-Ann Leclerq, who is played by Evan Rachel Wood.
“Isabel runs with the Dallas vampires, but she kind of becomes friends with both Bill and Eric,” Valerie described of her role. “And she likes Sookie. [Isabel] has a penchant for humans, and she’s sensitive to this love story they have.”
And even though the season finale is still several episodes away, the events of that episode occur pretty quickly after the events of the first season.
“The second-season finale is only two weeks after the end of the first season,” revealed Carrie Preston, who plays waitress Arlene. “Things get crazy in Bon Temps, Louisiana.”
True Blood spoiler: Any scoop on summer scripted shows like "True Blood"? They seem to be dragging out Lafayette's fate. I guess the next episode we get somewhere finally? -kellek Um, sort of. Seems to me Lafayette wasn't made a Vampire, since he will end up drinking Eric's blood in order to heal his wounds... but I'm still not super clear on the whole Vampire deal. Do Vamp's ever suck on each other for strength? What I know for sure is that Eric's blood brings our boy Lafayette back to fighting form. We'll see the happy-go-lucky guy we loved last season once again.
What's up with Eggs and Tara? Is it over? -Kate Ha, oh hells no.
I love the idea of Hoyt and Jessica on "True Blood"! -P Hoyt loves the idea too. Jessica's into it as well, but I don't think she's exactly a one man kind of vampiress... not just yet anyway.
Am I imagining the overwhelming sexual tension between Jason Stackhouse and the preacher's wife on "True Blood"? Is something going to happen with that? -Maria No to the former. Yes to the latter. Keep watching, you're not waiting for nothing.
Sookie and Eric! Is Alan Ball going to completely ignore that storyline from the book series? -Paula Nope. When I spoke to Stephen Moyer about what's coming up with S&E, he got a little jealous. I think he was joking... for the most part.
True Blood spoiler: Eileen in Menlo Park, Calif.: Spill me some news on True Blood, especially about that gorgeous Jason Stackhouse. True Blood star Ryan Kwanten tells us that Jason and his sister, Sookie, won't be separated forever: "There will be [a reunion between the Stackhouse siblings] and quite an electric one, too, where we gang up for the greater good."
Tim in Sarasota Springs, Fla.: When do we finally get to see this badass vampire Godric on True Blood? We've been waiting patiently for this mysterious vampire-of-all-vampires too, and the wait is almost over. Godric (Allan Hyde) pops up in the July 19 episode, along with his lieutenants Stan (Eureka's Ed Quinn) and Isabel (Valerie Cruz). Valerie tells us, "Isabel runs with the Dallas vampires, but she kind of becomes friends with both Bill and Eric. And she likes Sookie. [Isabel] has a penchant for humans, and she's sensitive to this love story they have."
Lee in Terre Haute, Ind.: I need some True Blood info! Carrie Preston, who plays Arlene, says, "The second-season finale is only two weeks after the end of the first season. Things get crazy in Bon Temps, Louisiana, I'll tell you that." Wait, Arlene doesn't die, does she? "Not so far!"

• Tara lets Maryanne know she is moving out, and M.A. is surprisingly passive – for now. Tara finds out about lafayette and finds him convalescing, suffering with infection, and refusing medical treatment.
• Andy loses his badge.
• Steve and Sarah invite Jason to their home for lunch, where he promptly entertains fantasies of culinary eroticism as Sarah BBQs some ribs. Later, Jason is told that God has chosen him to become a “Soldier of the Sun.”
• Sookie, Bill, and Jessica arrive in Dallas to find that there was a plot to kill them on arrival.
• Eric shows up at Lafayette’s and gives him the gift of ultra-healing vampire blood.
• Maryanne shows up at Sookie’s house while she is in Dallas, and throws a wild party for Tara – ala last episode.
True Blood spoiler: TVGuide.com: When I heard Alan Ball was going to be doing a vampire show, I thought: Oh, no! I'm not generally a fan of goth or genre-type stuff. Michelle Forbes: That's what's so fascinating about [True Blood]. For someone who seems to be known for her sci-fi career, I had not thought of vampires for more than five minutes in my entire life. But this show is not about vampires. It's looking at all these different beings — a telepathic waitress, a shape-shifter bar owner, or, you know, Stephen Root's lonely accountant vampire — and it gives such a real face to this world of the supernatural that I always found rather goofy.
TVGuide.com: And the end result is both fun and sophisticated. Forbes: You have this landscape for social commentary, for questioning injustice, compassion and our pack-mentality thinking allegorically.
TVGuide.com: Were you a fan of Charlaine Harris' Sookie Stackhouse novels? Forbes: I'd never even heard of them. I bought them, read the first one and then put them down because we are telling our own story. For the "book-ies" out there, everyone has to remember that it's an adaptation, not a translation.
TVGuide.com: There is a character who's similar to Maryann in the books though, isn't there? Forbes: Yes, Callisto — she shows up in the second book. I was like, why didn't we use that name? It's so much prettier than Maryann.
TVGuide.com: What did they tell you in advance about Maryann? Forbes: There were discussions about Greek mythology, and yet you open a script and you're dancing to the B-52's. It was a little hard trying to understand how the two mesh together, but with these writers and [series creator Alan Ball], the trust factor is massive. Everything became evident the more I sat still.
TVGuide.com: What exactly did you talk about? Forbes: We talked about Bacchus and Dionysus; what a maenad is, how they're led by appetite, how they thrive off other peoples' appetites, chaos and destruction. But, you know, that was the diving board, but it wasn't the pool.
TVGuide.com: So Maryann is a hybrid of some sort? Forbes: Yes. With these characters, you can do as much research as you want, but you're not going to find out that vampires sometimes wear tracksuits and flip-flops. So you take that foundation, and then you jump into the pool. You just get wet.
TVGuide.com: So then how did you make Maryann contemporary? Forbes: I watched a lot of Ken Russell films. I thought a lot about New York in the '80s, [avant-garde punk singer] Lydia Lunch, when there was just freedom and excess and people were just knocking down walls, and there was chaos and destruction. On the Lower East Side, there were rats running through the street and people loved it! Stepping over bodies to walk home! The burning trash cans. There was just this creativity.
TVGuide.com: But then, Maryann's veneer is very calming and kind of New Age. Forbes: She's happy; she's happier than all of us. It pisses me off actually.
TVGuide.com: What do you like about playing her? Forbes: I tend to play a lot of tortured people, so it has been liberating playing Maryann. There is a sense of contentment that was, to be honest, initially horrifying and frightening to me. She's not afraid of anything, and not in that clichéd way, she's truly just OK. She's not afraid. She can eat what she likes, she can have sex with whom she likes, she can play with whom she likes. She can dress in beautiful clothes. She has everything at her fingertips. There's nothing she doesn't need.
TVGuide.com: Speaking of the clothes, did the wardrobe help you find her? Forbes: Yes. She is that Ibiza party girl. She's the girl who never left the party, but it hasn't hurt her. Those people are usually quite tragic, but she's not. She doesn't give one blink as to what people think of her. She'sfree of all those constraints.
TVGuide.com: Why is Maryann so focused on Tara and her relationship with Eggs? Forbes: Tara is just the one of the moment, the conduit into this town. Before her, it was Eggs. Before Eggs, it was someone else. After Tara, it will be someone else. The goal is much larger. Tara is just the most vulnerable and the most susceptible right now.
TVGuide.com: What language did Sookie hear when she read Maryann's thoughts? Are we to assume it's Greek? Forbes: Yes, it's Greek, and you'll be hearing a lot more of it.
TVGuide.com: What exactly is happening when Maryann vibrates? Forbes: The vibrations are very integral to who she is. She thrives off the energy of the people around her. When they are in a place of ecstasy, that feeds her. Her appetite is fed off the appetite of others.
TVGuide.com: But isn't she also creating their behavior? Forbes: It's a mutual energy flow, if you will. She sets it in motion and then she receives the energy from it.
TVGuide.com: Are those vibration scenes really weird to film? Forbes: You do feel a little nutty. There's some green screen; it depends because it happens in different ways at different times. It's a bit technical at times and you have to brace yourself for the fact that you're standing there shaking in front of the crew.
TVGuide.com: What's up with the pig? Is it a shape-shifted human? Like maybe Karl, Maryann's butler? Forbes: We'll keep finding out. I mean, animals of all sorts play their part as the season progresses. The pig is important, but it's not as important as you think. There are so many other animals that come into play. Come back Monday morning for Part 2 of our interview with Forbes, when she reveals other facets of Maryann's complicated identity.
True Blood spoiler: True Blood is finale coming back tonight, not quite a quarter through its second season, and we have a peek at the finale. Really? Really. It’s not really all that spoiler-packed when you think about it. In fact, these True Blood spoilers are a bit beneath SpoilerGuy, but I’ll share them anyways. The spoilers come by way of a set visit filmed by travel site VisitBatonRogue.com. Watch the video and tell me what you see from the True Blood spoiler.
First of all, since it is daytime filming we can be assured that Sookie, Lafayette, and Jason are still among the living in True Blood. Not entirely surprising, if turning the human characters was part of the show’s inner clock-work, it’d get boring pretty fast.
There is something written on a statue, anybody know the significance of this?
Why is there an Anubis Air shuttle in Bon Temps? Has a vampire luminary come to visit the town?
• 7/19/2009: This episode is directed by Michael Cuesta. Stephen Moyer was dressed in a dark suit and tie for filming in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on July 13, 2009, so some sort of special occasion involving Bill was being filmed. One of the sets was a room will several tables that looks like it could be a restaurant (source: daylife.com):
• NEW 8/7/2009 - In the season two finale, the mayhem in Bon Temps reaches a fever pitch as Maryann prepares for her ultimate bestial sacrifice, conscripting Sookie to be Maid of Honor at the bloody nuptials. Meanwhile, Sophie-Anne (guest star Evan Rachel Wood) warns Eric to keep the lid on Bill's inquisitiveness; Jason leads Andy into the heroic abyss; and Hoyt has a hard time swallowing Maxine's endless stream of insults. Deliberating on what may be his final move to save Sookie and the town, Sam is forced to put his trust, and his life, in a most unlikely ally. Written by Alexander Woo; directed by Michael Cuesta.
True Blood spoiler: Lindsey Haun Joins the Cast of 'True Blood' Hadley appears as a human instead of a vamp, as she is in the book. 10 August 2009 10:00 PM, PDT | From buddytv.com | See recent BuddyTV newsLindsey Haun, singer and the former lead vocalist of hard rock band 7th Fall, has just landed herself a new TV gig. She's set to join the cast of True Blood for at least three episodes this season and will appear as Sookie's cousin Hadley. At this point, there is no word yet on why cousin Hadley is being brought into the picture. But according to Haun, she's also filmed scenes with Stephen Moyer, Alexander Skarsgard, and Evan Rachel Wood so her debut on the HBO vampire series must be quite intriguing
True Blood spoiler: So, what was it like shooting the finale with your cast? Michelle: We were all out in the woods having so much fun. I kept losing focus because I was watching them do these hilarious and insane things. Anna Paquin (Sookie) and I were in stitches through most of it because we had some pretty loony things to do together. What’s up with that vibrating egg we saw in bed with Tara and Eggs in the last original episode? There’s gotta be a connection to Eggs’ name, right? Michelle: I’m going to pass on that one because I want people to be surprised as they go into it. Speaking of eggs, you’ve been doing about as much cooking this season as Meryl Streep does in Julie and Julia. Have you learned a few culinary tricks? Michelle: My cooking skills are not to be discussed. That’s what God provided restaurants for. I did however have a 5 a.m. flambé lesson to cook that heart. I thought I’d better have some coffee before I started. I was nervous I was going to burn the studio down, but it was pretty easy. I assume you weren’t cutting into an actual human heart. Please tell me you weren’t. Michelle: No, no. I’m not sure what it was, but we all got creeped out when I cut into it because it made the worst squishing sound in the world. The irony is that I’m a 30-year vegetarian. I’ve been an animal activist my entire life, so the role of Maryann has been a bit challenging – especially with the lovely meat tree – Di-meat-tree, as he became known. That tree is repulsive. Tell us about it. Michelle: It was filled with real meat and reeked as the weeks wore on. There are bobcats and coyotes roaming around that ranch where we shoot, so they had someone sit by the tree with a gun at night to protect it. That’s the worse job ever. Michelle: I know.
So, we learned from Vampire Queen Sophie-Anne that Maryann is actually a maenad. What the heck is that? Michelle: A maenad is also known as the raving one or the wild one. They’re mythic creatures in Greek mythology who followed Dionysius and Bacchus and revel in chaos and destruction. They drink wine, have sex and have no boundaries. That excess is their quest for purity. As they sing their praises to their god, they hope that he comes.
And how can she be destroyed? Michelle: Once she believes the god is finally coming, that will be her vulnerability. Or shall I say her Achilles’ Heel.
The whole town of Bon Temps is gunning for Maryann. Should we be worried for her? Michelle: Sure. The whole town does want her gone. She has the whole town in her clutches except for a few stray ones like Sam and Sookie. Her final goal is to grab everyone so that she can achieve her goal. But she should have cause for caution.
bubba wont be cast in this season....i looked it up on some sites ive been trying to follow to see who they are going to choose for alcide they said they wont put him in the series because they cant get someone that looks like elvis to play the part! i know it sucks he is such a big part!

Daphne told Sam that Maryann control everyone ,except shape-shifter and people who are part of the supernatural. We know Andy isn't a shape-shifter,So why can't Maryanne control Andy?

I'm so happy to see this thread! I'm a big Sam and Tara shipper, only because AB has decided to keep Tara in the show such a big character so therefore eliminating him for Sookie haha. But I do think that they are interesting on screen, but not quite a match made in heaven. So we'll have to see how it plays out...
But! Given their other choices ( a dead pig, and a rotten egg hahaha ~cough~). I'm liking them with each other for awhile...
