◄ BACK TO HOME: TRUE BLOOD  WHAT IS THIS SITE? This is the official wiki for the HBO show "True Blood." Members create content, edit it, upload photos, chat, discuss the show, and make friends. WHERE SHOULD I START? Start on the navigation on the left side of the page. Start reading and clicking around. You'll see that thousands of members have been very busy! In the navigation you'll see many topics with little triangles next to them. Click a triangle and a subtopic menu will open, and from there you can get to additional pages. Peruse the Discussion Forum. Threads from all the over the site show up here, and you'll get a good idea of the topics that are most covered. The default setting for the forum shows the most recently updated threads; for another view, click the "Most Active" tab on the top of the forum. Before you participate in the forum or any threads, we strongly recommend you read the Discussion Forum Rules. HOW DO I START A THREAD? Threads begin most often in the Discussion Forum, but you can start a thread on any other page. Because the "True Blood" wiki has become hugely popular (thanks to fans like you!) we need to keep down the number of new threads. Before you start a thread, please search to see if another thread is already in progress. If you jump in there, you're much more likely to have others respond! For more information on starting on new thread, see this page. WHY DID MY THREAD GET DELETED? The moderators try to let you know why your thread was deleted. If you haven't heard from a moderator or if you'd like further explanation, please read the post "From a Moderator: Why your thread was deleted." HOW DO I REPLY TO A THREAD? Just click on "post reply" from any post in a thread to reply. If you want to respond to a particular post in a thread, use the "quote and reply" option; you can edit the quote to suit your response. HOW DO I ADD A PHOTO TO MY PROFILE? Read this if you need help uploading a photo. You can add a photo of yourself, a character from the show, your pet ... use your imagination! HOW DO I EDIT MY PROFILE? If you want to change something in your profile or add to it, just click on "Profile" under your name on the site. Need more help? Try this page. HOW DO I EDIT A PAGE? Most pages are open for all members to edit. Just click on the "EasyEdit" button in the upper left of a page, find the area you want to add to, and go to town. If you see a lock on the "EasyEdit" button, only moderators can edit that page. More information about editing page is on the EasyEdit page. HOW DO I GET LISTED IN THE TOP CONTRIBUTORS? This is how the Top Contributors module to the left works: It's based on an algorithm that looks at the user's contributions and how recently they have been active. The more contributions and the more recent the activity the more prominent they will be. Have you received a friend request and want to know what it means to be a "friend" on this site? Read the Friends page on Wetpaint Central. Want to make another member a friend? Just click on that person's profile name and click "Add as friend." The member will have to approve your request. HOW DO I TELL HBO HOW MUCH I LOVE THE SHOW? Post your thoughts on the HBO feedback thread. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I SEE A PROBLEM WITH THE SITE? Sometime in the next few weeks (date TBA), the True Blood Wiki and all Wetpaint sites will be changing from dynamic page resizing to using a standard 1024 pixel fixed width.
How will this affect you? You’ll be seeing all the pages on the Wiki transformed to a narrower format – but YOU and ONLY YOU can adjust your profile to this new format. How will you know if your profile fits the 1024 width? The Dexter wiki has already converted to a fixed width format. Go to: http://dexterwiki.sho.com/ Adjust your browser window size so that no gray borders show on either the left or right sides. Now go back to your True Blood Wiki profile. Edit your profile - reducing pictures, tables, formatting, etc. – to fit this size without a scroll bar on the bottom. The area of your profile should be approximately 564 pixels in width (not including the left ‘menu’ column or the right ‘friends’ column. In the short term, this adjustment may be a pain in the arse, but with patience we’ll all work through it together. Bodi

Why am I not listed as a member when my profile is posted here...what did I for get to do? Could anyone out there please answer that for me ? HELP!!
