Mar 12 2009, 1:29 AM EDT Totally different kinda vamp book. The story line is about a Dhampir named Rose and a Moroi named Lissa who are best friends. A Dhampir is half Moroi and half human and they are meant to protect the Moroi from the bad type of vampires called Strigoi. Lissa and Rose escape from school because Rose felt as though Lissa was in danger. They've been on the run for two years when the Guardians finally catch them and brings them back to their school. And that is where things take a turn for the worse when the threat against Lissa slowly makes itself known.
