There are so few fanfictions I end up loving and this was so beautiful and unique and satisfying I will come back to read again and again. You should be really proud. Over on fanfiction (dot) net, you will find my other two stories, which all relate as a trilogy. In the second one, called "Fairest of the Fae" Eric meets the love of his life (who is NOT Sookie!) and in the third one, called "Spilling the Charms," Bill and Sookie return to help Eric "seal the deal" with his love! There are also several outtakes lumped together under the title "Never Enough," a couple of them about Bill and Sookie---although they may not make a lot of sense without reading the whole trilogy.
There are way more people writing Eric with Sookie than there are us Bill fans, but it is obvious that both Charlaine and Alan Ball have BIG soft spots for Bill! And so do I!
